Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Whitworth University, followed by a master’s degree in Gifted Education and a master’s degree in Educational Administration. With a career rooted in education, Kim has developed exceptional skills in communication, organization, and advocacy—qualities that translate seamlessly into real estate.

Outside of work, Kim and her husband, Mark, cherish time spent with their four children and five grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, writing, painting, and drawing—creative pursuits that reflect her warm and thoughtful approach to both life and real estate.
