Hello! I’m REALTOR® Katie McDaris Marks of EXIT Real Estate Professionals. Working on my 16th year as a real estate broker, I started during the most significant real estate recession when my husband, Lee, convinced me to join him in serving clients with all their real estate needs. Lee has since returned to commercial airline travel, but I have enjoyed serving many long-time clients, that have since become friends.
I currently have the honor of serving on both our local and Washington State REALTOR® Association board of directors as well as several committees that work on protecting our community's ability to enjoy private property ownership and rights. I value the belief that the more I know about issues regarding real estate concerns, either in our local community or across the state or country, the more I can be of assistance to my clients in making crucial decisions regarding their own private property.
