April DeNike

My name is April DeNike and I specialize in residential real estate in Spokane County, Washington.  I also have extensive experience in working with people involved in trusts, estates, and helping people make transitions.  I have a reputation for intelligent knowledge of the inventory and thoughtful elevated branding on listings.  I appreciate and love this part of the world and want to help others find, belong and connect here too.  It’s not just a house that makes a place a home.
