Professional Experience: I have over 30 Years of customer service experience, as well as many years in the Insurance Industry and understand what it means to meet customer needs.

Education: I am a Graduate from Friedrich-Feld-Schule, a German school of Business, Administration and Accounting.

Outside Interests: I am a member of the German-American-Society of Spokane. I enjoy watching old German Movies and love to travel. So far I have visited thirteen foreign countries and several beautiful States here in the U.S.!

Personal Information: I was born and raised in Giessen/Hessen Germany. I am married for over 30 Years to a wonderful man, Mother to two great children and a Grandmother to a fantastic grandson!
